What does the Sales Team Leader do at RenoAssistance by Desjardins?

It is our superhero who guides our advisors in renovation by offering the maxi- mum support in order to offer the best experience possible to our clientele.Basically, with your knowledge, passion, leadership and savoir-être, the manager collaborates to maintain and encourage an organizational culture based on the power of the group. In it, each individual, regardless of their role, is entitled to their opinion and they are encouraged to share it for a common purpose: to help our customers live happy renovations.

Responsibilities and missions

  • Grow your team and individuals within the group
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and inspiration to the team which in turn will promote a positive environment
  • Conduct training of team members to enhance their development and potential
  • Achieve or exceed goals (Achieve!? Who just wants to achieve goals?)
  • Ensure proper turnover of team operations
  • Identify and implement business strategies to drive team performance growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing feedback so that we improve our processes and automate what is needed but where humans have added value – we want you to use your brain, not just your fingers on a keyboard

Qualifications and Skills

Missions you must have previously completed:

Attention: No renovation/construction knowledge is required; our robust train- ing program will be able to give you the necessary knowledge. Anyways, if your nickname isn’t Bob the builder, that’s no problem.

  • A University degree
  • 5+ years in a similar position
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a sales team
  • You must be a solution machine (problems do not exist). We grow through constant improvement, taking nothing for granted
  • Excellent knowledge of English & French, spoken and written
  • Knowledge in construction, renovation, design, decoration (an asset)
  • Having the DNA of a winner, the eye of the tiger, the knife between the teeth, being a Wayne Gretzky, you know what we mean!
  • Understand the principle that winning requires working with and caring for winners
  • Understand that the letters on a keyboard are not in alphabetical order!

Salary: 65 000,00$ – 75 000,00$ + bonus $8 000 OTE
