No, you submit only one request. Just fill out the online form and tell us what work you want done.  

Our team will assess your needs with you. We will then be able to suggest one or more Verified Contractors or specialized professionals that are right for all your projects.

We do not go on-site, but we provide guidance during important meetings. We also remain in constant communication with your contractor and any professional involved in your project.

Since there are no fees and no obligation for the support services offered by RenoAssistance, you pay the contractor and the professionals who do the work directly.

Our support services are without fees or obligation to our clients. However, our contractors pay fees to access our network and to bid on your projects. That enables us to cover our operating costs. And, contractors in our network enjoy a good positioning on the market.

After determining your needs and budget, your Account Manager determines the selection criteria that will steer the call for bids among our wide network of Verified Contractors. This allows us to ensure we are recommending the right contractor with the right profile for your project.

Our Verified Contractors are selected for their skills, their reliability, the satisfaction of their customers and more. They also undergo a rigorous verification process.

Absolutely. During the meetings with the contractors or professionals who will handle your project, we can discuss previous projects.

We stay in regular contact with you and the contractor. This approach allows us to limit the risks. However, speak to your contractor as soon as possible to give them the opportunity to correct the situation. This often resolves the matter because the contractors in our network prioritize customer satisfaction.

If you can’t reach an understanding, we’ll get in touch with the contractor on your behalf and then guide you for the next steps.
