COVID-19 Preventative Measures

Dear clients and partners,

With the current situation we are all living through, the health and safety of our clients, contractors and employees are our utmost priority. We would like to inform you of the measures we have put in place to help limit the spread of COVID-19.

While isolating and social distancing has led to many people contacting us to begin planning their renovation projects, we have taken the decision to schedule phone appointments only, for the time being.

We encourage our clients and contractors to use tools available to them to help maintain communication:

Plan phone appointments or video calls with Skype, FaceTime, Hangouts, etc
Send photos and videos of projects by email or text message
Submit quotes by email

We are still here to help

We are fortunate enough to be well-equipped and able to continue our operations as usual, with our employees working remotely. We are open to answer calls as always.

However, our business hours have been modified to our low-season hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. We are still available to support you in current or future renovation projects, and answer all your questions.

We will follow this situation as it develops, and will keep you informed of any changes to our current procedures.
