Desjardins Group is a financial services cooperative and the largest federation of credit unions in North America. In 2020, Desjardins acquired a majority ownership stake in RenoAssistance. Desjardins Financial partners with RenoAssistance to provide home equity loans, mortgages, and lines of credit to homeowners and businesses looking to undertake a renovation, major repair, or construction project.

BMR Group encompasses close to 300 home renovation centers and hardware stores in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. BMR dealers are cooperatives and independent entrepreneurs with expertise in hardware and building materials and their local market to offer their customers and contractors highly personalized services.
