Benjamin Moore Rolland & Cie

A stylish and new commercial space

A fresh coat of paint for this store

This Benjamin Moore has recently reopened after undergoing a major transformation in a new commercial venue! The space was well built and filled with potential; however, some structural work needed to be done to align with the store’s intended purpose.

The owner opted for an industrial design with a dark grey base and metal accents. The product displays were a major part of the design, with floor-to-ceiling shelves showcasing everything the store has to offer. One of our very own Verified Contractors was hired to complete the renovation and get this store ready for opening day.

Creating a strong foundation

To get the space ready for its new business, the Verified Contractor working on this project first had to finish some rough work. This included a small demolition to make way for at least five separate sections to be built. Next, the contractor’s team updated the electrical system and plumbing to make this space functional. To seal the deal, the floors got a concrete finish, which is both durable and matches the industrial aesthetic of the store.

A stylish new look

This store’s industrial design really sets it apart. From the black metal accents and concrete floors to the exposed ceiling, this space feels fresh and stylish. Not wanting to take the spotlight away from their vibrant paint colours, Benjamin Moore’s designer opted for a dark grey colour on the walls. Finally, the warm wood furniture, throw blankets, pillows, and rugs make this space feel cozy and welcoming. All in all, this store is ready to wow its customers and make them feel right at home!
