The old kitchen was small and out-dated. It needed a renovation that would give it a grand appearance and create continuity with the adjacent rooms. In order to achieve the desired effect, a wall was removed and the kitchen was completely reconfigured. The homeowners wanted a light colour scheme and an open-concept feeling. White was therefore favored for the polyester cabinets, quartz countertops, as well as the backsplash. Brass handles and hardwood flooring added a touch of warmth to the decor. To maximize storage, the cabinets were designed to reach the ceiling – which also helped in making kitchen appear high-end.

A superb dining room has been furnished with custom furniture that matches perfectly with 1930s home. The gray upholstered bench, the pretty marble table and the pale brown leather chairs, all combined with black metal, surely contribute to the warm and inviting vibe of this bright space.

This kitchen renovation required a great deal of demolition work. The entire kitchen was removed, including the ceramic floor and the load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living room (which was replaced by a support beam). A door and window opening were also condemned to make way for a patio door in the living room and a new window in the kitchen. Plumbing and electrical installations were reconfigured according to the kitchen’s new layout. The flooring was also sanded and varnished – in addition to being extended into the kitchen. Custom-made cabinetry was installed and all the necessary finishing was professionally done (i.e. plastering, jointing and painting).

The homeowners are so appreciative of how easy and enjoyable life is since they have a well-designed kitchen that aligns with their lifestyle and taste.

This kitchen renovation was successful thanks to one of our Verified General Contractors .
