The replacement of the doors and windows of this Montreal house, built in 1840, was done during a complete home remodel. The owners wanted to modernize different parts of the interior and exterior of the house.
All of the new windows are hybrid (white PVC interior, black aluminum exterior) to provide superior quality and exceptional waterproofness for many years to come. The doors are steel, which are very durable and low maintenance. The homeowners went for a smart way to let in more light to the bathroom by removing the balcony and door, and adding more windows. Everything perfectly complements the sleek design!
The services of an architect were retained to draw up the plans for the complete project. The latter worked with the selected 360° Verified General Contractor who was responsible for carrying out the entire project. The homeowners greatly appreciated the help of their Renovation Advisor throughout the entire renovation process. They felt confident in taking on this very large scale project!
Another successful renovation!
