Luxurious, modern, sleek… these were the words that inspired the Lesage family’s bathroom renovation projects. They had a clear vision in mind – a space with custom vanities and black accents – but weren’t sure where to start. So, they reached out to RenoAssistance to make it a reality. Your bathroom should feel like a sanctuary. After all, it’s where you wind down after a long day or peacefully get ready for a fun night out. When purchasing their 1995 bungalow, the client realized that the original bathrooms were anything but peaceful. They decided to transform the two bathrooms and laundry room into a lavish contemporary haven.

Our Verified Contractors partially demolished the rooms and removed the existing ceramic tiles, bathtubs, showers, vanities, and toilets. Once all the new plumbing and electrical were installed, it was time for the new materials to be brought in.

Convenience in style

The main bathroom centres a black double vanity just below a bright LED mirror. Sparkling marble tile adorns the walls and floors, then darkens into a smooth taupe as you enter the Italian shower. A square freestanding bathtub rests in the corner, completing this dream bathroom.

The same palette was used in the second bathroom. Gorgeous black tiles grace the floor while colours reminiscent of stone cover the shower wall and vanity. This bathroom also features a convenient nook with four wooden shelves to store laundry baskets. As you continue to explore, you’ll notice that the washer and dryer are perfectly hidden in the back, accompanied by a practical counter that serves an accessible folding station.
