Making space for the important things

The Boulet family had a large project on their hands. Not only did they need someone to excavate to make way for a new home addition but also to update the French drain and redo the roof.

The family needed more workable space in their home, and a garage with enough storage to organize the mess was the perfect solution. Knowing that this project required some heavy lifting, this family called upon a team of Verified Contractors to complete the task.

A picture-perfect finish

When tackling a home addition, there’s always a lot of structural work to be done. It can be a tall order, but nothing our Verified Contractors can’t handle. For this project, the homeowners needed to update their French drain, redo their roof, and tie it all together with the home addition’s excavation and exterior siding.

The team went straight to work, making sure everything was up to code. After all the structural work was complete, they moved on to the exterior siding to make the addition feel as seamless as possible.

Functionality at the forefront

The home addition’s goal was to include a brand-new garage with all the necessary elements for optimal functionality. This allows for more storage, not only for cars, but also for tools and various equipment that might otherwise clutter the space. With a concrete finish and ample lighting, this garage is bright and functional.

The addition not only added a garage but also expanded the existing basement. With the excavation done, the Boulet family was able to customize their home extension to their needs.
