Physiotherapy Clinic Construction

Commercial unit transformed into a physiotherapy clinic inside a medical clinic in the Côte-St-Luc district in Montreal. As the former premises became too small to provide adequate services to its customers, the owner chose to move his team into a larger space in order to meet the needs of its clientele. The owner took the opportunity to create additional modern treatment rooms and to better organize the work environment to improve efficiency. All with the objective of offering specialized and personalized professional health services.

The 360° Verified Contractor to whom the completion of the commercial renovation was entrusted was not necessarily the cheapest, but it was the one with whom the client had the best contact amongst all the good contractors recommended by the renovation advisor responsible for the project.

The project involved, among other things, demolition, including the removal of walls and cabinets, the construction of walls with drywall finishing, the installation of a new suspended ceiling (except in rooms where a more industrial look has been favoured), the replacement of floor coverings (commercial carpet in common areas and linoleum in the rooms), the installation of a reception desk (quartz with 2 “recess at the front), cabinets and storage space in the different rooms (all made to measure by a cabinetmaker), as well as plumbing and electricity.

All the work was completed in just under four weeks, which allowed the health center to resume its usual activities quickly.

So here is another great construction project reflecting current trends! Along with the owner of Stimula, we hope this project will help you find ideas and inspiration for your commercial construction project.
