Having acquired the other half of the floor that was already being used by the company, the managers of Setym International, a company offering training and accreditations for capacity building, wanted to develop this new space to better meet their needs.
Four classrooms, a logistics office and a lunchroom were built. The common spaces were also modernized in order to unify the design of the entire office. A colourful mural was painted to add a touch of cheerfulness. All of the classrooms are airy and have large windows, to allow for a bright learning environment. Corflex removable partitions have also been installed to offer the possibility to expand the rooms as needed. The clients chose white paint for all the walls, to add to the feeling of openness and brightness of the design. Vinyl flooring was used in the kitchen and lounge area, and commercial modular carpet tiles were used in closed rooms.
It was essential to the managers that the project be completed as quickly as possible, as they had already planned a date to begin trainings in the new classrooms. Their account manager at RenoAssistance took charge on this front, making sure that the requests for proposal were done with haste, and that the renovations remained on schedule.
The commercial Verified Contractor carried out the work for the entire scope of the project, from demolition to completion, so that the whole project was done by the book and to the total satisfaction of the clients.
Students can now benefit from a friendly environment that is perfectly suited to learning.
