By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE ALL USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES. 

We reserve the right to terminate the Terms of Use or your right to browse and use the Website or any part thereof, without notice and in our sole discretion. 

All material, information in text, graphic, audio or video form, image, illustration, photograph, data, database, map, file, software and code available on the Website (collectively the “Content”), including how the Content is presented, is protected under copyright laws, and belongs to RenoAssistance, its affiliates, licensors or the person acknowledged as the author of the Content. 

The small house logo is a trademark of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, used under licence. All other trademarks and logos (including certain names, words, titles, drawings, illustrations and icons) appearing on the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of RenoAssistance or third parties. Nothing contained in the Website should be interpreted in such a way as granting you a licence or a right to use any logo, design, or trademark that belongs to us or to a third party. Therefore, any use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the owner.

You agree not to: i) copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, download, distribute or transmit the Content in whole or in part; ii) perform “screen scraping,” “database scraping” or any other activity for  the purpose  of collecting, storing, reorganizing or manipulating the data on the Website or any part of the Content in any form or by any method whatsoever; iii) sell, lease, grant under licence or otherwise use the Content for commercial, public or non-personal purposes; iv) modify, remove or cover any trademark or proprietary notice included in the Content; vi) decompile, disassemble, decode, extract or reverse-engineer the Website and its components, including the Content, or assist anyone in doing so; or v) use the Website in such a way as could damage, harm, overload, deactivate or otherwise alter the Website or any service, account, server, network or resource linked to or accessible from the Website. 

You are not required to create an account to access the Website. However, to access certain parts of the Website, you may be asked to create an account, choose a username and password, and provide certain information (including personal information). The information you provide must be accurate and complete and you are responsible for keeping it up to date. You are entirely responsible for the use that is made of your account and any activity related to your account; therefore, you must protect the confidentiality of your username and password. RenoAssistance cannot be held liable for any proven or alleged damage or losses consecutive to or in relation to the use or to the fact of having trusted the content, goods or services available on these Third-Party Sites. 

Consequently, you are responsible for exercising caution when using the Content and for assuming all the related risks, including when you are relying on the opportunity, usefulness or complete nature of the content of the Third-Party Sites offered by the Website. 

The links to the Third-Party Sites do not indicate that these sites endorse RenoAssistance or its services. 

RenoAssistance promotes links to the Website. However, RenoAssistance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a link at any time. However, RenoAssistance cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, precision, completeness or authenticity of the Content or functionalities of the Website. You agree to cooperate with us in contesting any claim.  

The Terms of Use and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You hereby acknowledge that any litigation arising from or linked to your use of the Website or the Terms of Use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal, province of Quebec. 

The Terms of Use may be updated and modified from time to time by RenoAssistance, without any notice. Your use of the Website, following the posting of any updates or changes shall be deemed to signify your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
